Dance competition/4-H Pigs/Spring Concert

Hollywood Vibe

The dance competition was WILD I tell you!!

Little girls in bikinis with studs all over their butts and bras.

Thank God my child is not doing that.....anyhoo....

The judges were dancers and choreographers of "So You Think You Can Dance" show.

The girls were trying to get the judges attention by gyrating at the front of the stage.

It worked.

They all got gold medals.

Our girls were in conservative black leotards with a cute little bun on the top of their head waiting for instructions in first position.

There were at least 100 kids in each class and then the famous dancers/choreographers were teaching up on a stage 1 hour of jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical and hip hop.

Hannah was lost.

Her group got a silver medal though and they were excited.

She only competed in 1 modern dance.

Here are some pics....

I bought Hannah this cute top at the competition

This is all the kids in her group performance

Her good friend Lizzy.

It was quite an experience but I was glad to hear Hannah say, "Mom, don't you think what the other girls have on is a little inappropriate?"

Whew....I'm glad she realized it.

Joey's 4-H pig

Joey went to a farm in Wisconsin to look at the little pigs his 4-H club are getting this spring.  They are SOOOOOOOO cute.  Once you see the pictures, I'm sure you will agree.  He will bid on the pig he wants when they arrive at the Glenview farm in a few weeks.

First the "Mom" pigs:

This one looks like she is smiling : )

I had to add this one because of the HUGE wart on the black pig.  Gross!!

And now the CUTE baby piglets:

Joey's made up his mind that his pig shall be called, "Simon".  So, we can't wait to meet Simon.

Holly's Spring 1st grade concert:

Holly had her spring concert on Friday.  She looked so cute.  She was asked to sing in a trio.  It was great.

A big thank you to  my girlfriend Brooke for giving me the videos!!

Good bye : )
