Museum Day

Chicago Art Institute
Well, we set off to go to the Shedd Aquarium.

We had 5 free tickets and the girls had never been there before.

There was a new wild reef that we hadn't seen before.

Everyone was excited.

Then, we saw the...........

Line : (

It was at least an hour long to get in and it was so cold today.

I said, "Let's leave.  I'm not waiting out here all day."

John agreed.

The kids cried.

They cried even harder when I suggested we go the The Chicago Art Institute.

We had never been there before and I heard it was great.

John said, "Hey, there is no line at the Museum of Natural History!"

I REFUSED to go there;

Again.

I always feel like napping at that place.

We sighed as we left the Shedd and paid $16.00 to only park in the garage for 20 minutes.

We dragged the kids in the art museum with non stop complaining.

The boys were bored.  John, I and the girls loved it.

On our way back to the car we laid under "The Bean" and then walked through Millenium Park.

We were tired, but I love the city of Chicago.

(I would have pictures but I can't find my camera.  Joey took some pics on his i-touch so he is posting them on his facebook page).
