First day in the Loop

I started my first day in the Loop at Caris Pregnancy Counseling and Resource Center.  It is a volunteer receptionist job  one day a week and I love it.

I rode the Skokie Swift (Yellow Line) to Howard Station and then jumped off and rode the Purple line to Wabash and Randolph Street.  I then walk 1 block to the building. First time on the EL and I made it : )

I then go up to the 15 floor to my desk.....

I continue to the window to look at this......

I then straighten out the front waiting room...

And send the clients to support groups here....

And after work I cross the street to go shopping here......

I didn't tell John that part.  Yes-very dangerous........

I then go and get a snack before I head back home here....

 

And let me tell you, they are as good as they look.

Oh, and I am one block away from this....

A nice little place to eat my lunch.  (if I'm not at Macy's that is)

I got back on the EL, took the Green line to the Red Line and then took the Red Line to the Yellow Line and made it home.  

I was tired....

But I loved it.
